Farmers Union Leadership Camp theme “Beyond Imagination”
6/19/08 - PLACERVILLE, SD - Almost 100 teens and staff from across South Dakota gathered in the heart of the scenic Black Hills recently to celebrate the elements of rural life--member-owned cooperatives.
Junior Advisory Council Announced
Six young people were elected to serve on the Farmers Union Junior Advisory Council (JAC) for 2008-2009.
"Insuring a Brighter Tomorrow" Scholarships
Farmers Union Insurance announces $25,000 scholarship program.
The program which has been christened "Insuring a Brighter Tomorrow" will provide twenty-five $1,000 scholarships to South Dakota high school seniors who plan to continue post-secondary education at a college, university or technical school in South Dakota. It is funded with support from Farmers Union Insurance and Farmers Union Insurance agents in South Dakota.
